You see parapeted gables in pockets of Spanish eclectic homes in older Atlanta neighborhoods. You see them in refurbished post modern strip shopping centers. It's a nice shape.
But these "Cape Dutch" style homes are so rare here. I only know of 2. The 2 different gable designs and steep roof, take my breath away. We need more of these.
Looking at the east facade. Notice the overhand with brackets on the south faced, an Italianate detail. Hey, it's an eclectic.
