Sara Schindel's assemblages on Bennett Street

Katherine, Rachel and I found Sara Schindel and her work irresistible. Fitting that a mom recycles toys into art. I hope you'll visit here website, I've barely scratched the surface.


She was working on "Time for Fun."




I love her 3-D paper mache plaques.


This one is about 21"x34"'


The tree, unfinished I think, was the magnum opus in the studio, a Trajan's Column in Atlanta.


Sara pointed out the the girls supported all the figures on the tree.


My girls know.
